I decided to sell my house sooner than I originally planned… Tonia was on vacation but immediately started working on comps and paperwork so she could meet me when she was back in town. I have never made such big decisions on my own and was overwhelmed with the whole process, but Tonia was ALWAYS there to calm me and guide me. I felt like I was the only client she had I don’t even know how she made time to decorate and prepare her own home for Christmas because of how demanding and needy I felt I was of her! She staged my home BEAUTIFULLY but where I was able to still live and feel comfortable… but it sold in one day! I also needed to FIND a home to move into and wanted to downsize but have amenities that were important to me. She was available, calm, professional, loving and guided me so well through both processes. This went through holiday breaks and I had to be out of town a few times — I cried many times through this and she always had a gentle word and more wisdom in every area than seems possible! This was a huge life decision I was making on my own and she never doubted me and gave me the strength and courage to push through! She was helpful to the other realtors involved and some behind the scenes moments that I’ll never fully know. She helped me pack boxes, clean my house; She handled quotes for repairs, scheduled, and met with them while I was at work; organized invoices, scheduled painters for my new place and CONTINUES to help me now that both homes are closed and our transaction is complete. She never missed a detail, is extremely thorough, and takes her job very seriously but always made me laugh when I was getting too overwhelmed. I cannot imagine anyone else handling and dealing with me as well as Tonia handled me during this process! She continues to help me get settled in, run errands (such as calling Best Buy and returning a tv), cheers me on and is my biggest fan!
